Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are packed and shipped the same day from our U.S. fulfillment facility. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

• Standard (3–5 business days): $6.95 — free on orders over $50
• Expedited (2 business days): $12.95
• Overnight (next business day): $29.95

Delivery estimates begin the day the carrier picks up your package, not the day the order was placed. Rural and remote ZIP codes may add one business day.

Where we ship

RY21 currently ships to all fifty U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is created. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your package is marked delivered but missing, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors and your building office. If it still hasn't appeared, email support@ry21llc.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will replace or refund the order.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only within two hours of order placement. Packages returned due to an incorrect address are refunded less the original shipping cost.
